Why do I need signs and graphics to promote my business?
Signs/graphics are the most cost-effective form of advertising, promoting your business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are the first point of communication and provide the first impression people receive of you and your business. Signs are like the clothing of a business – we often notice them when they are missing.
Many people will admit to judging a business from the state of their signage. Signs also provide information and may be mandatory according to health and safety or transportation laws.

How long do I have to wait for the sign or vehicle graphics after ordering?
This is very dependent on the complexity of the project, availability of materials, production schedules and design approval. Typically a lead time of 4-14 days should be expected. However, we will always discuss this with you at the time of order and will accommodate your needs wherever possible.

Should the vehicle be clean before installation?
We do ask that the vehicle is relatively clean from excessive road grime etc. Please do not wax it immediately prior to bringing it to us. We then clean the areas we are applying graphics to with a special cleaner prior to installation.

Will wrapping a vehicle ruin my car’s paint-job?
No, on the contrary, a vehicle wrap protects your paint-job even from minor scratches or early rust.

Can a wrap be removed later?
Yes, the wrap can be removed easily, which is a service we provide, or you can do it yourself with a little heat and elbow grease. If we know ahead of time that the graphics are for a short-term promotion, we will use special materials that make removal even easier.

How long will my vehicle graphics last?
Professionally applied vehicle graphics should last for years if they are cared for correctly. We advise that you do not wash your vehicle for a week after vehicle graphics are applied and do not power wash the graphics as this may reduce their life. For permanent vehicle graphics, we always laminate the graphics to prolong the colour of any digitally printed images. We have short-term (and long-term (7-9 years) products, depending on your needs.

How do I send artwork?
You can email, drop it off on CD/DVD/USB drive or drop on our ftp site. Call us for further details.

What format do I send my artwork?
The best format to send your artwork is a vector eps file (if art allows). Raster graphics can be sent as Photoshop, Corel Draw, FlexiSign, pdf, jpg, tiff etc as long at they are high enough resolution. Be sure to convert all text to curves, or embed the font. If you have a format you are unsure of please contact us.

What is high enough resolution?
By this we are referring to the dots per inch (dpi) that make up your full-colour images (i.e. psd, jpg, tiff, bitmap graphics). The dpi at finished graphic size should be at least 50 -75 dpi so once we know what size the image is going to be, we can calculate what dpi we need to begin with. If you graphics are vector based, resolution is not an issue

How do I order?
We’re just a phone call away, or you are welcome to stop by and talk to one of our friendly customer service representatives in person.

I am renovating my interior commercial space. Can you help me develop a unique look?
Sure we can. We’ll pay you a visit and take a look at what you have now, talk to you about your vision, your ideas and we can present you with some options to cover your walls, windows, floors and more!

What is large format/full-colour printing?
By this we refer to our printers that print photographic quality in colour, on a large scale. There is no limit to the size of graphics we can print.

How are National programs handled?
If you are looking for a complete rebrand of your signs and graphics or need ongoing supply for your premises, windows or vehicles across a number of sites, our dedicated team can help. Through a single contact at our office, we can co-ordinate the work across a number of sites ensuring complete continuity of your brand.

We have a new product line (or product promotion). How can I make sure all of my distributors are advertising?
We’ll help you decide on the best advertising tools to use and then we can produce and ship the signs/graphics directly to your distributors.

What are Decals?
Decals are another term used for vinyl graphics and vinyl signs or “stickers”. As there are different specifications of vinyl, we can confidently apply it to most common surfaces. If you have an unusual surface, we may want to undergo a test prior to manufacturing your graphics. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirement.
